At Peacock House Concierge, we provide safe, reliable airport and train station transportation and personalized support for your student.

For departures, we ensure your student arrives at the airport or station with plenty of time before their travel, knows exactly where to go, and has everything they need, including their ID and boarding pass. We also communicate with parents once their student has safely proceeded.

For arrivals, we monitor flight and train schedules, coordinate pickup timing, and meet students curbside. For younger or first-time solo travelers, we can also meet them inside the terminal and assist them through the terminal to their ride.

We help students navigate the travel process by providing guidance on check-in, baggage drop-off, and TSA requirements. If they accidentally bring prohibited items, we're happy to hold them until their return.
