“We first met Jenna during our daughter’s freshman year. Three years later, she has become such an important part of her life here. She has picked us up at the airport, handled storage pickup and delivery, helped with move-in, made Target and HomeGoods runs, and picked up medication when she was sick. Last year, when flights were canceled and our daughter ended up taking the train home, Jenna stayed with her at the station until her train finally left at 2:30 in the morning.
